Does This Sound Like You?

Since FCS is a rare disease, it is often underdiagnosed or missed completely. Knowing the signs and symptoms of FCS can help you to identify the disease or to better manage the illness.

Talk to your healthcare provider if you experience the following:

  • Pain in the abdomen, often with back pain
  • Extremely high triglycerides even with medication or a low-fat diet
  • Fatty or ‘milky’ blood
  • A history of acute pancreatitis
  • Nausea/Vomiting
  • Memory loss or feeling ‘foggy-headed’
